ATRIUM is a workflow intelligence platform for specialty medical practice. It receives the documents flowing into your day, organizes them, extracts what matters, and prepares the appropriate response for your review.
Modern specialty practice asks physicians to be three things at once: a clinician, a typist, and an administrator. ATRIUM addresses the second and third roles directly. The platform receives inbound documents, classifies them, extracts structured information, generates the corresponding output (a SOAP note, a prior authorization, a work status report, an attorney narrative), and presents the result for physician review. Every clinical decision remains with the physician. The system accelerates judgment; it does not replace it.

A specialty practice is documentation-heavy by nature. High visit volume, detailed exam findings, imaging interpretation, complex billing, prior authorization, and personal injury cases that demand defensible records all add up to hours of administrative work every day.

For chiropractic and neurology practice, the ratio is often worse. Workers' compensation forms, personal injury narratives, prior authorization battles, and inter-provider correspondence each demand careful documentation. The clinical work is what you trained for. The other two roles have grown into a daily burden that often consumes more time than direct patient care.
Approximately seventy percent of this administrative work follows predictable patterns. Patterns are exactly what well-designed software handles, especially when computer-assisted documentation is applied carefully and within strict architectural boundaries. The remaining thirty percent is true clinical judgment, which stays with the physician.

ATRIUM is structured as a clear, auditable processing pipeline. Each step has a defined input, a defined output, and a verifiable record of what occurred. There are no hidden decisions and no autonomous clinical actions.

ATRIUM ships with a library of templates designed around the actual paperwork burden of specialty practice. Each template is a clean, professionally-formatted Excel file that auto-populates from clinical encounter data and exports ready for signature, fax, or email.
Custom templates can be added to the library to match the specific forms your practice uses.
Patient privacy is the foundation, not a feature.
Every architectural decision in ATRIUM is reviewed against patient privacy and regulatory compliance as the first constraint. The design follows from that, not the other way around.
The administrative, physical, and technical safeguards required by federal law are not features added on. They are the architecture itself. ATRIUM operates under signed Business Associate Agreements at every link in the data chain.
Each practice's deployment is isolated. Patient data never crosses tenant boundaries because no other tenants exist. There is no shared database, no shared processing layer, no shared anything.
Every read, every write, every login, every export is logged in a verifiable, append-only chain. If a regulator, a payer, or a court asks, a complete and provable record can be produced. The chain is cryptographically verifiable, which means tampering is detectable.
Patient data is encrypted at rest using industry standards. Data in transit uses current TLS standards. Even if a storage device were physically taken, the data would be unreadable.
No clinical or legal output leaves the system without explicit physician approval. The dashboard surfaces drafts; the physician approves, edits, or rejects each one. The approval action itself is logged.
ATRIUM is built on top of RECALL, the underlying document intelligence framework developed at Celaya Solutions Research. RECALL provides the retrieval-augmented generation layer that makes structured extraction possible at production scale.
A different model for medical software.
Most medical software is sold as a service: many practices share one platform, one processing layer, one vendor's roadmap. ATRIUM is built differently, as a deployment that belongs to the practice using it.
This is the trade-off. ATRIUM is not the lowest-cost option per month, and it is not designed to scale to ten thousand practices. It is designed to be the right option for practices where data sovereignty, audit accountability, and specialty-specific workflow matter more than the lowest possible price point.
The instrument is published under Celaya Solutions Research as a reference implementation of one approach to specialty workflow intelligence. The architecture, the templates, and the integration patterns are openly documented for any practice or institution evaluating this category of system.
